Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts to JEMST - Journal of Engineering Science Technology and Management will go through an editorial screening and peer review process before publication.
The peer review process is conducted to ensure that each manuscript meets the journal's academic standards, focus and scope, originality, and scientific contribution.
The review process generally follows these stages:
- Initial Screening: The editorial team checks the manuscript format, completeness, similarity, and suitability with the journal's focus and scope.
- Peer Review: Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will be sent to reviewers for scientific evaluation.
- Editorial Decision: Based on reviewer comments and recommendations, the editor will make a decision: accepted, revision required, resubmit for review, or rejected.
- Revision: Authors are required to revise the manuscript according to reviewer and editor feedback.
- Final Decision: The editor makes the final decision after evaluating the revised manuscript.
- Production: Accepted manuscripts will proceed to copyediting, layout editing, proofreading, and publication.
JEMST Journal applies a peer review process to maintain the quality, validity, and integrity of published scientific articles.
